Why do we have a Gore Logo Shop?

Promotional products can strengthen Gore's visual identity and build our brand with Associates, customers and consumers. In an effort to ensure that our logos are appropriately applied to brand-reflective products and to gain efficiencies in both pricing and resources, we have identified a preferred promotional product supplier and created a means for Associates to quickly and easily obtain quality products that are branded per GORE Brand Standards.


Can we give promotional items to Health Care Providers?

Under the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, Associates may not provide items that can be used for purposes other than patient benefit or Health Care Providers' educational benefits.

How do I pay for my order?

At this time the only form of payment accepted is a cost center.


What if I don't know my cost center?

If you do not know the cost center for your purchase, please check with your team leader or cost center champion.


Can I purchase an item in the Gore Logo Shop for personal use?

At this time, the Gore Logo Shop cannot accommodate personal purchases; however, many of the items can be purchased in The Gore Store online at www.thegorestoreonline.com.


Can I order a product quantity greater than what's in stock?

Yes, you can order a product quantity greater than what's in stock. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation indicating the quantity shipped and the quantity backordered. The lead time on most products is less than three weeks, so you should receive the remainder of your order within that timeframe.


Can I place an order with overnight delivery?

Yes, you can receive an order via overnight delivery as long as the order is confirmed by 12 p.m. Eastern Time.


What is considered a rush order?

A rush order is any order requested for delivery sooner than 8 business days.
